By using B2 AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
B2 AI is an interactive AI entity that provides conversational responses through a 3D visual interface. The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses and optional text-to-speech (ElevenLabs) for voice output.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Responses from B2 are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service provides information for general purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Conversation history is stored locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB). This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can erase this data at any time through the Settings panel. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of B2 AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Service relies on third-party APIs (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Tavily). Your use is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
